What image formats can I upload?

We accept JPG, PNG, and WebP images. For best results, upload high-resolution photos with good lighting, a clear subject, and high contrast between subject and background. Portraits, pet photos, and close-up subjects tend to produce the strongest pixel art results. Busy backgrounds or very low-contrast images may reduce the clarity of the final design. The AI analyzes the full image, so even partially complex photos typically yield usable results — you can always generate multiple variations and pick the best one.

Organic cotton certification means no harmful pesticides in the fabric — better for your skin and the environment.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. We offer returns within 14 days of delivery in accordance with German consumer protection law (BGB § 312g, Fernabsatzrecht). Is my uploaded photo stored or shared?

Your privacy is protected under GDPR and German data protection law (BDSG/BGB). Uploaded photos are processed in a secure server environment and used solely to generate your pixel art. Original photos are automatically deleted from our servers after processing is complete — they are never retained for training AI models, sold to third parties, or used for any purpose other than your generation request. The generated pixel art designs are stored only to display your results and enable ordering. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
