How to Report Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, please send a written notice including:

Required Information

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2. Identification of the material on our service that you claim is infringing, with enough detail to locate it.
3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Identifying the Infringing Material

• Provide the URL or gallery link to the content in question.
• Describe which part of the content is infringing.
• Include a reference to your original work (URL, registration, etc.).

Sending Your Notice

• Send your notice by email to the address below.
• We process all reports within 5 business days.
• Incomplete notices may be returned for additional information.

Our Response Process

1. We review the notice for completeness.
2. If valid, we remove or disable access to the material promptly.
3. We notify the user who posted the content.
4. We may provide the user the opportunity to file a counter-notice.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice including:

1. Identification of the removed material and its previous location.
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
3. Your name, address, phone number.
4. Your consent to jurisdiction of the courts in Germany (or your local jurisdiction).
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send your counter-notice to the Copyright Agent listed above.

Repeat Infringers

• We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
• Gallery content may be permanently removed.
• We reserve the right to refuse service.

False Claims Warning

We reserve the right to pursue legal action against false or fraudulent claims.
